Rug Centrifuge Power WS-4500-11

Centrifuge Power WS-4500-11 is dedicated to the largest industrial carpet laundries. With the help of this model we can dry rugs and carpet floorings 4,500 mm width and up to 500 mm in diameter. Thanks to a powerful engine 11 kW controlled by an inverter, this spin dryer can cope with the biggest and the heaviest rugs even over 300 kg weight. The centrifuge is equipped with four air cushions connected with shock absorbers which altogether eliminate vibration during operation. The whole centrifuge body, inner drum and safety covers are made of stainless steel INOX. Other elements such as frame of the device and door are hot-dip galvanized. For safety reasons, the centrifuge is being specially protected against starting with an open door which also does not allow the centrifuge to be opened during operation. This model was designed in a way to reduce the number of welded parts. In the future it will allow an easy unscrewing and changing parts without expensive repair of entire components.As the only company in the world, we use uniform seamless stainless steel drums. The drums are electronically balanced which guarantees incredibly quiet and vibration-free operation. It is operated by control box’ buttons that should be hung on the wall aside the centrifuge or place on the stand. Simple and clear control panel is equipped with a main switch, work time potentiometer, start/stop buttons and reverse gear.
