Automatic Washing Machine ProLine ASZ 3500

The Automatic Washing Machine ProLine ASZ 3500 is a modern scrub-and-wash machine designed for professional and efficient carpet cleaning. It performs perfectly both for deep washing after a water bath in P-2500 and P-3300 washing machines, and for direct cleaning of dry carpets after shaking. Thanks to its three washing sections, carpets up to 3.5 meters wide can be thoroughly cleaned in just 3 to 8 minutes, depending on their size and level of soiling.

The ProLine ASZ 3500 is prepared to work with all types of brushes — hard, medium, and soft — and their replacement is quick and easy. The machine allows for pre-soaking and simultaneous chemical dosing during the cleaning of dry carpets, while scrubbing is carried out by four disc brushes with smooth pressure adjustment up to 100 kg. Carpet rinsing is performed under 60 bar pressure with two nozzles, with the possibility of additional dosing of a softening agent for the carpet pile.

The machine is equipped with a movable pressing pipe, which facilitates rolling up carpets after washing and allows them to be easily transferred to the Tornado 40-200 INOX transport trolley, making it very convenient to place carpets into the spin dryer. In the lower part of the machine, there is a water recovery system that allows the water to be filtered and reused, or directed directly to the machine or to the P-3300/P-2500 washing units.

The ProLine ASZ 3500 features a simple and intuitive control panel located in the central part of the machine, and for operator safety, it is equipped with four emergency stop switches. The scrubbing and washing section is additionally equipped with sensors that automatically adjust the working range to the carpet width. The sensor range can be regulated with potentiometers, and each motor of the machine is controlled by a separate inverter, ensuring precise control and operational comfort. The new conveyor belt, made entirely of durable material, significantly increases work comfort and prevents carpets from folding during washing.
