Rug washing Machine Economic ASZ-3000-2in1

Automatic Rug Washing Machine Economic ASZ-3000 2-in-1 machine in combination with the Tornado WS-3200-55 spin dryer.

The machine combines two most important functions, i.e., washing and rinsing and carpet spinning after cleaning. Every square meter of carpet laundry is a weight of gold. This model helps to save a lot of space in the laundry. Economic ASZ-3000 2-in-1 eliminates the necessity of shifting and moving cleaned wet carpets.

In the upper part of the machine, there are sections for carpet washing after their previous full immersion in Wash Tubs Tornado MP-3000 / Tornado P-3300 or dry rugs just after dust removal. At the bottom of the machine is installed a stationary rug centrifuge Tornado WS-3200-55, into which we place carpets immediately after washing with the help of a special trolley.

This model is equipped with three cleaning sections to ensure efficient and fast washing of rugs up to 3 meters wide. The washing process takes 6 - 8 minutes depending on the size and the degree of soiling of a rug.

1. Pre-soaking and spreading detergent on dry rugs

2. Brushing (430 mm wide cylindrical brushes) with smooth pressure adjustment up to 100 kg.

3. Squeegeeing and rinsing rugs under pressure up to 150 bar using three nozzles with simultaneous softener dispensing.

Economic ASZ-3000 2-in-1 is additionally equipped with a movable pressure tube, which, when picked up, allows you to move the rolled carpet onto a transport trolley. The Rug Trolley WT-40 INOX facilitates placing rugs into the centrifuge. There is a water capture system at the bottom of the machine, so after filtering, used water can be reused in the machine or in Rug Wash Tubs Tornado MP-3000 INOX or P-3300 INOX. The device has been equipped with a very simple and intuitive main control panel connected to an auxiliary panel for switching off individual sections.
