Automatic Washing Machine Economic ASZ-3000
Machine is perfect for washing both wet rugs (after their previous full immersion in Rug Wash Tubs Tornado P-2500 INOX or P-3300 INOX) or dry rugs just after removing dust. This model is equipped with three cleaning sections to ensure efficient and fast washing of rugs up to 3 meters wide. The washing process takes 3 - 8 minutes depending on the size and the degree of soiling of a rug.
These three cleaning sections are:
1. Pre-soaking and spreading detergent on dry rugs
2. Brushing (430 mm wide disc brushes) with smooth pressure adjustment up to 100 kg.
3. Squeegeeing and rinsing rugs under pressure up to 150 bar using three nozzles with simultaneous softener dispensing.
Economic ASZ-3000 is additionally equipped with a movable pressure tube which, when picked up, allows you to move the rolled carpet onto a transport trolley. The Rug Trolley WT-40 INOX facilitates placing rugs into the centrifuge. There is a water capture system at the bottom of the machine, so after filtering, used water can be reused in the machine or in Rug Wash Tubs Tornado P-2500 INOX or P-3300 INOX. The device has been equipped with a very simple and intuitive main control panel connected to an auxiliary panel for switching off individual sections.
